Respect consent and boundaries
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, shame, blackmail, or continue contacting someone who has declined, blocked, or withdrawn consent. Do not bypass message requests, search visibility, blocks, rate limits, or account restrictions.
Never exploit children
Newsova is an 18+ service. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, extortion, and attempts to obtain or distribute exploitative content are prohibited. Preservation rules and the legally required reporting process need qualified child-safety and legal approval before launch.
No deception or abuse
- No impersonation, fraud, phishing, credential theft, malware, spam, or coordinated abuse.
- No credible threats, promotion of violent harm, unlawful trafficking, or instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing.
- No disclosure of another person’s private information or intimate content without permission.
Attachments
Do not send malicious, deceptive, illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual files. Newsova validates supported type and size at product boundaries, but end-to-end encryption means the server does not claim to inspect every ordinary attachment.
Block, report, and evidence
Blocking is immediate protection; reporting is review. A report includes a category and explanation. Decrypted content is shared only if the reporter selects it and confirms the disclosure. Attachment evidence remains disabled until a safe quarantine and scanning path is deployed.
Enforcement and appeal
Proportionate outcomes may include no action, warning, feature restriction, suspension, or account termination. The final evidence standard, response target, notice, appeal channel, emergency escalation, and jurisdictional process must be approved and staffed before these guidelines become effective.
