Newsova provides an iOS news reader and an optional account-based private messaging area. News reading does not require an account. Private chat, encrypted media, reporting, and foreground calls require an account and compatible services.

Newsova is not a publisher of the linked articles and does not provide legal, financial, medical, or emergency advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Newsova. You must provide accurate registration information, protect your password and device PIN, and notify support if you believe an account is compromised. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for abuse, evasion, automation, or unsolicited messaging.

Newsova is not Made for Kids and does not collect a date of birth merely to repeat the App Store age rating. The contracting entity, regional availability, and territory-specific consumer terms must be approved before these terms take effect.

Headlines, excerpts, images, publisher names, and articles remain subject to their owners’ rights. Newsova links to the original source and may change or remove a feed when rights, safety, availability, or technical quality require it.

You may use Newsova for personal reading. These terms do not grant a right to scrape, republish, sell, train on, or redistribute publisher content.

You are responsible for content you choose to send. Prohibited conduct includes threats, harassment, sexual exploitation of children, impersonation, spam, malicious files, unlawful content, privacy violations, and attempts to bypass blocks, requests, rate limits, or security boundaries.

Users can block and report separately. Newsova may restrict or terminate accounts following a documented safety process, subject to applicable law and the final appeal policy.

Matrix end-to-end encryption limits ordinary server access to message content. It does not stop a recipient from taking a screenshot, exporting content, using another client, or retaining a backup.

Account deletion removes data controlled by Newsova according to the final retention policy. It cannot guarantee erasure of copies already controlled by another person or independent provider.

Feeds, publisher pages, Matrix, calling, notifications, and network services can be delayed, changed, or unavailable. Newsova may make proportionate changes for security, law, rights, interoperability, or product maintenance and will provide notice where required.

Warranty, liability, indemnity, termination, dispute resolution, governing law, consumer cancellation, accessibility contact, and business identity clauses are intentionally not invented in this repository. Qualified counsel and the accountable business owner must approve them before publication.
